Tosin combines persuasion and collaboration skills with his deep knowledge of law. These enable him to act on clients’ instructions with clarity and precision. He primarily advises clients on corporate governance, real estate, and infrastructure deals and government regulatory matters.

He provides legal advisory on real estate acquisitions, disposals and developments, infrastructure financing and loan syndications.

Tosin understands the intricacies of dealing with regulators and is able to navigate difficult engagement with regulators. He also advises companies and organisations on the steps required to comply with relevant data law and ethics. Tosin also holds an MPP from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, Erfurt, Germany and a Masters in Human Rights Law, University of Manitoba. Tosin Fatoyinbo has recently moved on from his position as Interim Executive Director of Ribbon Rouge Foundation, Edmonton, Alberta to take on a new position as Senior Policy Analyst, Public Employees Benefits Agency in Saskatchewan.

Ohotu is an expert who has established her footprints in the areas of dispute resolution, Intellectual property, and the Nigerian Entertainment sector. She also boasts of vast experience in non-profit management and is known for constantly  providing sound legal opinions and advice to businesses and organizations in Africa.

Ohotu also leads a community of Women around the world on conversations on gender, race and economic empowerment under the umbrella of Coloured Africa, a nonprofit group founded by her. Following an exit from Olaniwun Ajayi LP, Nigeria 's leading law firm

Ohotu now offers legal consultation services to her clients in the African Corporate/Commercial sector while continuing in her quest for a safer world for women across the globe.

Ohotu is also the Director, Research & Knowledge Management, The Initiative for Equal Rights (TIERS) and a Masters in Sexual and Reproductive Rights candidate, University of Pretoria.

Okoro's expertise in Debt Management earned him a highly coveted position on the team of legal luminaries counseling the apex regulatory bank of the biggest economy in Africa, the Central Bank of Nigeria while also serving as an official legal adviser to the Federal Government of Nigeria on Promissory Notes Transactions with a team led by a renowned Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
