Mojolaoluwa Olaifa, founder and lead consultant of Zyden Legal, has carved a niche for herself in providing legal support in subject matters such as Corporate Governance & Strategy, Cross-border banking services and tripartite banking structures, Finance, Capital Market Investment, Private Equity and Debt Management to her clients, who are spread across over Africa, Asia, Europe and the United States of America.

Oluwatosin Fatoyinbo
Tosin combines persuasion and collaboration skills with his deep knowledge of law. These enable him to act on clients’ instructions with clarity and precision. He primarily advises clients on corporate governance, real estate, and infrastructure deals and government regulatory matters.
He provides legal advisory on real estate acquisitions, disposals and developments, infrastructure financing and loan syndications.
Tosin understands the intricacies of dealing with regulators and is able to navigate difficult engagement with regulators. He also advises companies and organisations on the steps required to comply with relevant data law and ethics. Tosin also holds an MPP from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, Erfurt, Germany and a Masters in Human Rights Law, University of Manitoba. Tosin Fatoyinbo has recently moved on from his position as Interim Executive Director of Ribbon Rouge Foundation, Edmonton, Alberta to take on a new position as Senior Policy Analyst, Public Employees Benefits Agency in Saskatchewan.
Ohotu M. Ogbeche, Senior Consultant

Ohotu is an expert who has established her footprints in the areas of dispute resolution, Intellectual property, and the Nigerian Entertainment sector. Iyanuoluwa Alarape, Consultant

Tosin Adeagbo, Consultant
Tosin Adeagbo-Obasa is a corporate lawyer, with experience in transactional analysis, company secretarial, corporate governance and advising business start-ups consults for startups, social enterprises, SMEs and nonprofits with the aim to ensuring compliance to laws and regulations and also protect their interests.
She is also the Project Lead/Founder of FavLawyer, a knowledge hub she started to provide educational support to Law students and young Lawyers as they forge ahead in their career. She is a graduate of Law from the University of Ibadan and of the Nigerian Law School. She is a Fellow of the African Young Leaders Fellowship Programme and a Non-Resident Policy Fellow, Nigerian Global Affairs Council.
When Tosin is not consulting for businesses, she enjoys getting involved in youth leadership and community development projects that are aimed at achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Some of the programs she is actively involved in are: The Bridge Program, a platform that aims at developing the leadership and entrepreneurial mindset of young people; Leaders of Today, Nigeria, a platform that showcases the works of young people in Nigeria.
